understand the significance of a fair and balanced civil justice
system. We work to educate lawmakers about the implications their
decisions have on tort reform.

Association of California are not tax deductible. The California
Political Reform Act places limits on contributions to the
accounts of committees that, in turn, make contributions to
candidates for elective state office. This request does not seek
a contribution in excess of applicable limits or from prohibited
sources. An individual, union, PAC, partnership, corporation and
any group of persons acting in concert may contribute a maximum
of $7,800 annually to FairPAC.
