Stephanie Mkhlian

Stephanie brings more than a decade of experience in government affairs, legislative advocacy, strategic communications, and project management. Before joining CJAC, she served as Legislative Affairs and Communications Manager for the City of Glendale, where she advanced the City’s legislative priorities and led strategic communications initiatives. She began her public service career as a Business Development Associate in the administration of Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti.

Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Political Science from Mount Saint Mary’s University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Data Analytics from California State University, Long Beach.
