A luncheon and panel discussion called “California Antitrust Reform: Abuse of Dominance” is being hosted by USC Marshall Initiative on Digital Competition, UC Davis Center for Analytics and Technology in Society, and the Civil Justice Association of California. The event will be held on Tuesday, May 12 at The Sutter Club in Sacramento, California.

This panel will examine the COMPETE Act, assess the suitability of its specific provisions in shaping how competition and strategic business conduct are evaluated, and explore the broader consequences of implementing such legislation in California.
