Overview

CJAC’s Amicus Panel is made up of appellate counsel and firms who provide recommendations to the CJAC Board Appellate Committee on cases in which to engage and drafts amicus briefs on behalf of CJAC.

Membership on the CJAC Amicus Panel is subject to nomination by a CJAC board member.

Nominations and Applications

CJAC Board members may nominate appellate counsel by connecting them with CJAC staff or having them designate the nominating board member’s name on the application form.
