Local Action Project

Our statewide Local Action Project, launched in 2007, works with elected officials, businesses, and community leaders in targeted legislative districts to build support for fairness and balance in our civil justice system.

Activities included award luncheons for legislators who support legal reform, seminars co-sponsored with legislators to show their small business constituents how to avoid disability access lawsuits, and meetings with local opinion leaders who can echo legal reform themes in their communities.
